COMMERCIAL PILOT LICENSE

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized board. Additionally, they should possess the ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.

Medical
Requirements

Candidates are required to be medically fit to fly, as stipulated by the Indian DGCA. The medical assessments are categorized into two stages: Class-II and Class-I certification.

Computer Numbers

Candidates are required to have completed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized board.

Police
Verification

A Police Verification Certificate is essentially a character certificate issued by the police authorities of your local area or the nearest passport office, confirming that no criminal records have been found against you to date.

Ground
Training

After getting your Commercial Pilot License, you’ve got two options: you can go for a Type Rating if you're keen to join an airline, or opt for an Instructor Rating if teaching others how to fly is more your thing.

Flight
Training

Candidates are required to undertake their flying training at an authorized Flight Training Organization recognized by the Civil Aviation Authority. They must achieve a minimum number of flying hours to be eligible for a Commercial Pilot’s License.

Type
Rating

Once the Commercial Pilot license is obtained, candidates can choose two pathways. Either doing a Type Rating if he/she is looking forward to joining an Airline or obtaining an Instructor Rating if he/she is interested in Flight Instruction.
